Hello September! We are back from our long weekend away. We had a great time, but now it’s time for me to play catch up and get this house back in order and the laundry caught up! **Update: started this blog post this morning and am finishing it tonight LOL – Got most of the laundry caught up today, need to vacuum and finish kitchen tomorrow, then scrapping! YAY!

Anyway…while I was away over the weekend, I didn’t get online much. I was trying to enjoy quality time with the kiddos. We played in the pool at the hotel and had ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery. We went to the mall and Adventure Land and didn’t get home until late last night. The kids are tired, I’m tired, but it was definitely well worth it. Brodie did well at the R/C race, he placed on the podium in 3rd place in a really large field of Stock Buggies, he also placed 5th in his 2wd Short Course. He was a happy kid…2 more plaques to add to the collection.

In my absence online, I did check my phone a few times while going to bed…and I was so pleased and honored to see that I was featured on the Cocoa Daisy Blog :: Daisy Devotion. This totally made my weekend!! I was already having such a fun weekend, then this put a bigger smile on my face. Thank you so much CD for featuring me, I appreciate it so much!!
