Ahhhh…finally scrap-therapy!

heehee…I love that title. Scrap therapy, just what I needed! Here are several layouts that I created this week, I finally had time to photograph them. TFL!

The girls again : Fun picture day!

More scrapping tomorrow, I hope. I also have the Studio Calico reveal for Roller Rink, the October kit. Very excited to see this one as I wasn’t thrilled with some of the sneaks. I’m sure I will love it and need it all, as usual!

Scrap love…

I love getting time to scrap. That’s all.

Cocoa Daisy August Kit : Take 3 (or is it 4?)

I really thought I would get out my September kits and start playing, but when I sat down this one just sort of came out. I used almost all August Cocoa Daisy, but a bit of the June kit as well. I really like how it turned out.

And here are a couple others that I forgot to share here…these were made a few days ago with my CD August kit as well.

I am LOVING scrapping whatever photos call to me…why didn’t I start this years ago??! I have always been a chronological scrapper since I started this hobby in 1992. I learned kind of that way, so I thought I needed to get them in albums. I’m so happy I have reformed a bit and started scrapping current pictures, it makes it so much more fun for me!

A Couple More from CD August // Cutting into September Kits

Here are a couple more from my Cocoa Daisy August kit, I will be opening my September kit and add-ons tonight and working the remaining pieces of August in with that, I believe. So happy I almost used the entire kit up!

Pics of my new car (new to me, but year 2002 or something I think)

And the picture for Hayli’s album of the kids in downtown Chicago, so yes, I have already scrapped this photo once. LOL
U 2 Love to Travel

Scrapping with a friend is SO much fun!

This weekend, Kathy and I got together and scrapped. As always, so much fun! I got quite a bit done, still going here, but have to go get the kids from their dad’s, so I wanted to get a few layouts uploaded. I thought I may have some trouble with this August Santa Fe Sunset kit from Cocoa Daisy because it was travel themed and not really my colors, but so far so good. I am being pushed out of my comfort zone and figuring out I love it!

The Beginning

Mummy Race Layout // Full Tummy

Well, the fair food was yummy, I had a corn dog and a rib eye sandwich along with a lemonade shakeup, then later we went back up for a funnel cake before heading home. HA! I don’t usually eat that much, but I just couldn’t decide, so I had both! Now I am like a bear that needs to hibernate for awhile…bed is sounding pretty good right now! Before I head off to slumberland, though, I wanted to share with you the layout I completed tonight. Based on this sketch at Sketch Savvy, I created another Halloween Party layout for Brodie’s 2005 album.
